Return Policy

As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or other preferences after an order has been processed.

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or an issue attributable to Masters Stitch, please contact us promptly with details and photographs of the product (Within 24 hours of the delivery) for us to review the matter and assist you appropriately (within 72 working hours of the registered complain)

For customised orders, returns or exchanges may not be possible due to the personalised nature of the product.
